It’s a tiny thing, but the mild warble in Grizz’s voice on “know” when he asks Sam if Becca knows he’s gay, just kills me. Grizz is just an emotive character. The actor is spectacular.

What breaks my heart more on the "does she know who you are" clip is he signed that to him. He not only slowed down his talking but he spoke in Sam's own language to get his point across. Also I don't think we appreciate Sam's secret keeping enough. I know it's breaking Grizz's heart but Sam made the promise to pretend to be Becca's baby's father before Grizz happened and even though he found someone he loves to love him he still didn't abandon or betray her secret. Also if your wondering why Sam doesn't tell Becca he's with Grizz so she can tell him to let him know the secret himself it's for the same reason. Nobody knows Grizz is gay. Sam telling Becca they are together is outing Grizz & even to one person that's still wrong. Coming out is a personal experience that no one should take away from you. Grizz admitting to one person he's gay at the end of the series will hopefully open the door to him telling all of New Ham then Sam could tell Becca but until then Sam is being a loyal friend to both Grizz & Becca even at his own expense.

the fact these two didn’t get many scenes but we were able to see their relationship bloom and how they care for each other, often subtle but the chemistry is AMAZING. this video portrays that beautifully i’ve really fallen for grizz and the way his mind works especially. he’s hurt but of course he adores sam, and sam doesn’t want to hurt him, it’s a hard and complicated situation like sam said but he’s being a great friend for becca and i hope they keep holding on. i love the scene at 3:30 and when sam says “what happened between us was real... I need you to be safe.” he just wants him to return to him :( and he does. i can’t wait for what else is in store for them
