Dear Stampy | Thank You for My Childhood 

This made me tear up a little to be honest. Stampy was a huge part of my childhood and a constant source of happiness. His BOTW series got me through some really tough times and the lovely World Series never fails to calm me down and put a smile on my face even now (I have anxiety). It’s so nice to know just how many kids and teens appreciated this guy and what he did for them. He’s a legend, and probably how a bunch of us older gen-z’s will remember Minecraft. Other than that, I have to say really amazing editing ❤ great work with the clean cuts and such a good song choice tbh :]. I love it!!

I used to watch Stampy so much in 2013. The good childhood.

I had to deal with depression from a very young age and due to that (and other things) I have a very hard time remembering when I was younger. I’m glad that some of the stuff I do remember is stampys videos. I remember they made me less sad and made me feel less alone. I vividly remember the Halloween video and the dentist one and I remember those being my favorites. While it is over now I’m glad I was able to experience it even if I barley remember it. I hope whatever Stampy does next with his life he’s happy and successful and remembers what he did for all of us

I’ve been seeing a fair amount of these Stampy tribute videos, but this one definitely takes the cake (pun intended) for my favorite. It’s executed beautifully and it struck a chord with me. I remember watching him all the time when I was younger (I just started watching again a year or so ago), so this brings me back. To those innocent times of a carefree life. I remember watching stampy around Sep-Oct 2013, After my friend showed me Minecraft in the summer of 2013, and now every time I watch stampy’s old videos, I think of these lyrics from a song called “Wanting Memories” which is “I am sitting here wanting memories to teach me, too see the beauty in the world though my own eyes, I think all the things that made me feel so wonderful when I was young….I think all the things that made me laugh, made me dance, made me sing… I think all the things that made me grow into a being full of pride… I think all these things…for they are truth…..” and it makes me cry every time 😭😭😭

I love this so much. My brother and I grew up with Stamps. He’s doesn’t watch anymore that I know of, but I still do. Best part of the day was rushing to see the new video right after school. Stampy is like a father to us. Me and my brother made the moon landing scene out of things we found outside, and took a photo, tried to send it, but it didn’t work. The last episode will hurt. Don’t know if Stamps will see this comment or not, but thank you for the best childhood ever
