Cheeta bhai yeh vistara ka i think daily routine mein ata hai k passenger k chod k flight uda lena. Abhi 7 th july ko bhi mumbai to delhi vistara mein ek senior citizen couple ko airport pe hi shod gaye unka to boarding checkin sab ho gaya hua tha.

Satya ji always remember any one who commits you for refund or anything pls always take that in return.

Better file a case and make a blog on the process for filing the case so everyone can do the same when it happens with them.

1) jet airways was one of the major carrier of india which is down. That leds pressure on other airlines. In which they clearly unsuccessful. 2)vistara have recruited new candidates. The staff who was sitting at the counter seems to be fresher with no uniform and no visible identity card with lineyard. 3)if flight departs at 0700 hrs one has to be 45 mins prior to the counter which means 0615hrs was the counter closure time. SHAME ON VISTARA. 4)if the passenger is one time at the counter and flight is full. Then it is airlines responsibility to book them on next flight. Now there is No competition to vistara they are fulling passengers. HOPE YOU THREE HAVE FANTASTIC JOURNEY AHEAD.

I worked in airlines for a few yrs, as per my experience, you guys should catch airlines lead, who is a team leader of that shift .they always seat beside first counter. Lead can put you to other flight with only flight difference. Never call them " mam" or sir. They take advantage of that. Hey! Counter guy can't do any thing, they don't have power to open flight in counter. Lead had close flight at counter so no one can check in you guy..

We always can't blame the airways. Once I missed a flight because I was there 40 minutes before and the check in counter closed at 45 before. When requested the responsible person allowed me to travel but told that I can't check in baggage. I had two big bags only for check in so I had to let the flight go. Looks like the case is similar here, if you have a lot of luggage then you have to reach before the check in closes.

The exact same situation happened to me, the culprit was Indian airline. Next day was my joining day in the new company and on an immediate basis, I booked an overpriced ticket and reached Bangalore around 4:30 in the morning and joined the office at 8:30. I have written emails to Indian airline but till date, no response came from them. They will never understand your personal commitment and they always harassed people like this. They get bonus accordingly nowadays to make a profit.

Meal on board was served just 10 mins before landing. Water was not served with the meal. After a couple of mins cabin crew came and just picked up the meal from the tray table, while I was still having. When I asked "Can I get a water bottle please?" (I did mention the word please here) The air hostess replied: "I don't have one!" Terrible hospitality on board Vistara:(

Even I had faced the same issue with Air Aisa when I was heading to Kolkata from Bagdogra. I was so fustrated and that lady didn't let me in. No body was there to help me. They didn't refunded me a penny instated she ask me to leave. When I went to someone I feel I can talk to he said so ma'am. Seriously?? Sorry? Guess what, than I took a bus I didn't get my 9k something cash and I suffered alot in bus. I too was on time. My head was not working at all. I asked that lady to take my complaint but nobody raised it. Nobody contacted me from Air Asia. I was traveling alone. That lady must thought what a student can do and she was right at that time coz I find another way instead of fighting with them.

Flights can’t be overbooked as per regulatory authority. Msk Bhai, I adore you a lot. I really don’t think any airline personnel would want a passenger to be left stranded at the terminal and the reason is that airlines heavily run on low priced tickets and good customer feedbacks. Many times airlines shut when they have a habit of running late. On time performance is recorded and that’s the parameter for gauging a company. rule are rules it bites everyone someday. 😊
