Far better than their studio versions with a perfect front man and all instruments. This is the best performance with Judas Priest 1983 Dortmund. Great band
I gained a new found respect for them when I saw them live (for the first time, actually) about 15 years ago, they headlined a small local metal fest thing and I was in one of the local opener bands. They put on an absolutely incredible show.
@@rodwilliams4170 I remember I had to order the vinyl from another city but I was so young and couldn't afford all of the records that I wanted. I ended up listening to it on its entirety around the end of 90s...
@@familiamolinaurena6192 I know right! I found that out inly last night from another RU-vidr’s channel about the top 20 thrash albums of the 80’s. I cut my metal teeth on 80’s thrash. I love it!! 🤘Exciter were another great band, Vio-lence. A Lesson in Violence-great song man!!
I dare say I've rarely if ever heard a thrash/death metal band play live at this level. These guys are masters, and as tight as only a band who have truly mastered their craft can be. Much respect, Death Angel🤘
Still blows my mind that they were 14, 16, 16, and 17 when they recorded The Ultra Violence Album. I had buddies that were in bands during high school and some of them were pretty decent and once band won the battle of the bands even... BUT they were no where near the level of these guys... Wow.
Saw Death Angels in a small joint in Montréal/Québec in the early 2000's. They're so tight. One Hell of a show. If they come to your town, buy a ticket & bring your friends. Guaranteed great Metal show.
Death Angel was my first ever set I saw without earplugs back in 2011 at Downsview Park in Toronto, though I didn't know any of their songs back then. I got into a little bit of their 2010's stuff a few years later.
The only thrash band that I feel has no bad album and is by far one of my favorites they deserve their spot in the big 8 Rob inspired me to play guitar and Mark is a big inspiration for my singing also I got me a Rob Cavestany signature and it's amazing
That summer was Frolic Through The Park on heavy rotation on my turntable. Great album! By the way, August 6 1988 i celebrated my 18th birthday with friends in Magaluf. Lovely drunken mess.
Yes San Francisco the bay area thrash metal !!!! They rule i grew up listening too the Angel ! Aaaaaa. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ the second wave is still thrashing like the old days !!!😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤
Yeah ! Speed Kills vol. III and is stage diver sleeve (hope you survived). I bought it for Nuclear Assault and bought Frolic Through the Park when it came out.
Yes that's not the original drummer this is Will Carroll he's been there drummer since 2009 Andy Galleon was there original drummer before that. Will is a great drummer 💯
@@vincegedeon6583 hell yeah and the youngest one also...,🤘 Man without fear man without.... Which song is that I really forgot it's been a year since I haven't heard from them.
