Its funny when they say that death angels lead singer is copying tom araya....dude they can't help it if they are both greying and they have wavey hair. But common Death Angel has been around since the freakin 80's and most of these young bucks don't even know that. They are were playing way back in 83 and were part of the whole Bay area thrash movement.
i love it,,, but i really dig "The dream Calls For Blood".... that album has songs from front to back and all in between... this album is a good follow up though.... i call it eggs in a woman ovarian tract... one of those eggs could be president,,, they have to just keep flowing...the same for bands,,, just keep the music coming
tyhnbgtyhnbgt The Dream Calls for Blood was better, but The Evil Divide is still a great album The Dream Calls for Blood is maybe Death Angel's best album after their debut The Ultra-Violence.
Death Angel is awesome but how on earth is he gonna be able to keep singing like that...I hope he can maintain it cause it sounds awesome...I've been a fan since they started in the 80's.
Sounds like the studio version, sounded good. The lead could have had a bit more of an edge to it, but I love you guys. Dave from Concord is proud of you.
One of my favorite songs from the evil divide and loved watching this will kicked some ass on the drums along with the awesome solos from rob and ted \m/
This band is one of the best and all was will be Rob and Ted in my eyes are underrated to me there up there with Adrian and Dave from Iron maiden they have been playing together for so long together it's just awesome.🤘
Im pretty sure I've seen video where he says he plays through a Mark V. In this video I only see one graphic EQ on his amp, which supports the Mark V as the JP-2C has two five band EQ's on board
I like the disc, its bringing alittle old school back. The solos dont have to be all blistering fast and perfect for me to like a song. Overall, I think its a good disc and I'm glad they are still jaming out the metal. And I thing he looks like Tom Araya and Kirk Hammet had a kid. LOL
as every year... I am there when Death Angel is on stage... one moment is really sad on the tour with Death Angel...when they leave the stage... they are so f.....` brillant
Saw them for the 3rd time last year in Toronto and Mark started talking about Rush/the fact we're in their hometown/etc, and Damian starts playing quietly in the background, then the drums and after about 10 seconds Mark is laughing and they are in a full on jam session to Overture /The Temples of Syrinx. It was sweet.
Mark...Rob and Ted aguilar decided to recruit new bass player and drummer....to continue their trash metal music (the bay).....proud em...the filipino roots
I've watched this now countless times now. This is thrash. This is history. This is evolution. How can a band kick more ass over thirty after they initially released their first album? Yeah, I said album. The cool kids don't know what an album is but that doesn't matter. I can honestly say that few bands in this genre from this time frame can hold a fucking candle to Death Angel. And yeah, they are amazing live... \m/
Badass! Saw Death Angel at the Capitol Theatre in Flint, Michigan in 1990. They stopped the show when two guys started fighting. Bang your head. Just not your mosh pit buddy's.
Yeah i may be a little drunk snd stumbling on this 6 year too late but Death Angel is a FUCKING GREAT BAND. Strong at every mf position if they were a basketball team they’d have more rings than the warriors
