Quasar #17; I had the comic. Of the various characters racing in that issue, about the only one who MIGHT be able to match Barry Allen's raw speed was Captain Marvel (Monica Rambeau); but I don't think her light powers gave her the same super-speed thought processes that Barry has, so Barry probably has the edge in terms of agility. Then again, Monica can fly, and Barry's attempts to simulate flight are not his strong suit, so maybe she'd take him out that way. (More likely, though, they'd pick up on each other's cop vibes and say, "wanna go get a beer?")

Well not a slug but Wally is the fastest, he's pretty much the fastest thing in fiction short of God, only Barry has been shown to keep up with Wally not faster but keep up with him. A few years ago during Flash War that beef between Barry and Wally racing while arguing around the world they nearly destroyed the multiverse lol 😂😂Both Green Lantern and Superman tried to stop them both failed, Superman couldn't catch them he said "they're going too fast" and GL formed a huge wall where they were headed racing around the world but Wally literally ran right through it nearly breaking GL's ring, Barry stopped to see if Hal was ok then caught up with Wally again.

Being faster than instant teleportation when you think about it makes your head hurt on how impossible it really is😂 DC juices up their characters with words so crazy it doesn’t make sense

*@Daza* True but that's the speed force, it essentially has no limits. Recently few years ago Wally was literally ONE with the speed force and faster than it lol. To be fair to your point, that can apply to everyone look at anime sometimes and characters like One Punch Man among other characters in video games, and DC and Marvel etc that are just stupid OP at times.

Anyone with any basic knowledge about both characters knew the outcome lol

Technically he didn’t create that world , it was initially hinted to be Pandora and later retconned to Dr Manhattan altering the universe, Barry just happened to be outside of time when the changes happened so he wasn’t affected You can see this by the fact that traditionally Barry’s parents were both alive and well when he was an adult that was retconned around 2009 when they brought him back and changed his origin (slightly messing up Wally’s in the process) and by the thing that alters the world so drastically being an alteration to Superman’s origin which is what Manhattan was messing with

That’s technically true, but some characters who are omnipresent are technically faster since they wouldn’t need to actually move anywhere to be somewhere
