Lucky to see very similar performance at All Points East on Sunday - this album still sounds so good and Ben Gibbard has aged like a fine wine

Ben even brought out the black fender for “sound of settling”

God I hate how concerts are edited. 2 minutes into the set and we see Ben 99% of the time already. Halfway through the tune we've had one shot of nick, one shot of Jason. First world probems I can't watch this shit

I’m seeing them Tuesday in Atlanta! So so so excited

It was 2012 - Canada Day and a Tragically Hip concert at Burl's Creek near Orillia, a few hours north of Toronto. Opener was Rural Alberta Advantage (missed them) followed by New Pornographers (OK, I guess) and then Death Cab who had just released this album. They were great. We ended up with their entire catalog, and play their music all the time. While my wife and I will always have fond memories of seeing the Hip, especially on Canada Day, we also have fond memories of Death Cab as well.

I remembered when this came out. I was disappointed felt they had lost something. Now this my favorite Death Cab album.
