@@link-wk9ln I would hope playing a 5 minute long rush song would leave someone as fatigued as a dude playing VERY basic death metal for 58 seconds hahahahaha
I turned my sloppy technique into doubles, which I’ve pulled off on direct drive, chain & strap, longboard & standard, batterhead tension tight & loose. Hard to play all those pedals the same way & tighter heads definitely help trying to rewatch leach the highest speeds but it’s dialing in your particular gear & hours of practice. Tweak your pedals beater or board angle, shorten straps, take links out of chain. Realize that mics & triggers will change how you could play, as laying into the kicks for room volume isn’t relaxing for endurance & relaxed articulation. Esp, once triggering, messing w the threshold you’ll eliminate a lot of the unwanted misfires a twitchy foot like mine registers
@DarknessOfRedbone Missing out on drumming? Or liking death metal? I do happen to like death metal now. Just starting to like any music really.. makes my ears happy 😊
Very interesting left hand technique u got there, really awesome dude, I have been playing for a bit and that heal toe technique is awesome, keep up the grind!
Meanwhile black metal: So uh.. when does the blast beat stop? The entire song is blast beats.. Oh.. what about the next one? ...it's also just blast beats.. Oh.. and the- Yep, that one too.. And the next.. actually all of them. Oh.
