Light was also pissed off because She killed innocents for no reason. The only "innocent" Light directly killed up to this point was Penber, and only because he was trying to catch him.

Wow. You guys actually put up spoiler alerts before referencing other stories (e.g. in this case, "Breaking Bad")! This deserves recognition and praise due to the unfortunate status quo that I've noticed from having watched many other Reactors who fail in awareness to this very remedial etiquette. After all, there's not many people who care about a reference in the first place when it's just gonna be a spoiler, whether minor or major. And especially for people who're like me--who enjoy going into stories 100% blind--then literally any reference is a spoiler to us. It's such a simple courtesy to merely warn people preceding a reference, if they insist on making such reference a part of their reaction. Everybody wins in this case--the Reactor gets to make their reference, and the portion of the audience who wishes to remain blind to it knows that they need to skip ahead. And while most people have probably seen "Breaking Bad," not everyone has, and of them who would like to see it, then I'm sure they're appreciative of your warning (even if the spoiler were minor). And yet, most Reactors that I've watched across RU-vid lack this basic consideration for the audience. And to be frank, I think that ought to be shamed when it occurs, if only to reinforce this courtesy as expected etiquette in Reaction culture. Thus I have no qualms in pointing fingers, and even wished that others did the same in speaking up for what ought to be a common sense awareness. For example, "The Normies" initially attracted me due to having an often large and diverse group, plus they're really popular. I tried watching one of their reactions and within the first 5-10 minutes they casually dropped two major spoilers for two random shows--I had to cut it off, having no idea how many more spoilers I'd suddenly encounter if I had kept watching. This just shouldn't be something that the audience has to be concerned over, but they're very far from being the only Reactors guilty of this failure of decency. So in contrast to my standard experience, this is very refreshing for me as a viewer, and I just wanted to make sure to emphasize how much I really appreciate your awareness and consideration over this concern. Anyway, I'm enjoying the Death Note reactions so far, and looking forward to the next one. Take care!

First episode I watched when the dub was originally airing on TV in Canada. Couldn't really get into it, didn't see the appeal of the show, then a friend talked it up to me a few years back. Picked up a DVD of the series and I just marathoned it over the course of a day and a half. By far my favorite anime now. Cool to see you get to the 2nd Kira

With this episode ,it goes strange in every way. But when you listen klosley to everthinbg the say you may have a point. But in the end you will be suprise in the next few episodes.

this was the episode that i found out light was kira.

I feel like you two didn't listen to his reason and just label him without hearing anything. He said "I forgive someone for tarnishing kiras name with these senseless killings". All you hear is that he's mad that the other fake is taking his credit? No he doesn't want any credit because the killings are senseless and he's killing innocent people. It goes against his justice to do that.

question is can ryuk still see the name and lifespan even if the face is covered?

I never understood how so many people can watch death note, and think that other Shinigami was actually going to come down to the human world. Shinigami can't just come down to the human world, or else they'd probably do it all the time given how bad the Shinigami realm is. That whole scene was just supposed to be funny. And he never says he'll come down, he says take a closer look. Because they watch the human world from their realm. How else do they get the names and faces? Shinigami1: So what’s the story on this human anyway? Is it a male or a female? Shinigami2: Who knows? Shinigami1: (slyly) In that case, I think I better go take a closer look. Shinigami3(exasperated): Oh, boy... It was just supposed to be a funny sex joke and I've noticed so many people totall didn't catch that. They start thinking that particular Shinigami is going to actually show up.
