The best part of the whole video? There have been so many unknown Siths between Darth Bane and Sidious that the cape related accidents could really have happened and nobody but the sith know about them, most likely because they keep it a secret as to not damage the brand. I cannot imagine Vader without a cape, but from what Edna said, I suspect that the new redesign looked like capeless armor of Warhammer Fantasy Malekith.
