You kill BT this way without using grenade or guns, you receive like from BT. I didn't know that until I played chapter 9 where I decided to cut the BT cord thingy. I guess I was too scared to get too close them
The BT cords are quite easy to cut as long as you stay low and slow. Just wait for the prompt to appear as you crouch walk closer to them. The gas mask also helps to hide your breathing so there’s no need to hold your breath. You may want to practice as you will need to do this in a specific retrieval mission later in the game.
Okay, gotta admit, whoever's doing this is WAY braver than I was. Sometime I think I should actually finish the game...but those things terrify the life out of me.
A mushroom appears when you pee on the ground and other players will also see it in their play through. If they pee on the same spot, the mushroom grows bigger and it will eventually spawn cryptobiotes around it.
I don't even have the cord cutter, but i've never been able to sneak so close to a BT without them spotting me, even if i hold my breath... do you get an item that makes you stealther later or what? lol, like, holding my breath feels useless if they're close to me.
This game sucked so bad. Does it get better in end game? I quit when I had to watch dude shower in a efing game not to mention the walking sim that sucked even more. And can't turn it off
@@michaeltafoya7708 on xbox controller is button A, press twice, the shower cutscene has like 3 differente segments, I just keep pressing the button, same for when he eats, drink etc, But I'm playing the director's cut, I don't know if that's something you couldn't do on the original version
the game doesn't actually open up until chapter 3. everything before that is a prologue considering how many new things are thrown at you. I put 45hours into the game and I still hadn't progressed chapter 3 with how much optional shit you can do+unlock.
