Lebanon’s Health Minister Firass Abiad is holding a news conference following Israeli attack on Beirut yesterday.
Lebanon’s Health Minister says at least 31 people, including three children and seven women, were killed in the Israeli attack on southern Beirut yesterday.
Another 68 people were wounded in the attack, he added.

When I think of Lebanon I always remember a young woman talking about wanting to be an architect and seeing the devastation of Beiruit after the civil war and hoping her country could somehow have a future rising from the ruins and the deaths and devastation. It just seems to be never ending conflict and destruction and killing and hatred. How can anyone look with any hope or plan for the future in a country where ordinary people are trying just to live their lives in peace.

Her dad should have voted differently? We, in the US and rest of the west would rightfully call it a mass terror attack by Russia, even a war crime. This is no different, regardless of the actors involved. Yes, a lot of terrorist were injured. A few were even killed. However, innocent civilizians just going about there day were injured en mass. If only you were born in Lebanon. You could have stopped hezbolah. If you were that girls father you could have prevented it.
