If the judge makes a ruling and Trump appeals and wins that goes against the original judge. Those ruling add up and.can prevent a judge from advancing in his career.

If she was such a great debater, why did she not get one delegate vote in the 2020 presidential debates? She had the chance to debate him on the 4th but refused. The debate between Trump and Biden was a fair way for them to be done, they were both given the same question and the time to answer, and when the time was over the mic cut. those that want fact checking need to realize that that is what a debate is for, they can each fact check each other. The moderator should only ask the question and then make the decision if it is fair to give someone a certain amount of time for a response with their fact check of the other candidates answer. There is no need for a moderator to jump into the debate with anything to say, they are not one of the debaters and like Kamala no one voted for them, Kamala should not have to debate Trump and the moderator that already has the questions before hand, nor should Trump have to debate her and the moderators, the moderators are not there to debate, only ask the questions.

To my sight, I have no far-reaching fantasies that Trump has even the slightest chance of winning in a debate against California's former attorney general. He has neither the wit nor the intelligence to counter her. He can only repeat his usual phrases and insults that we have known from him since 2016. I will be watching this debate from Austria with pleasure and watching Trump go down. Hopefully the debate will be chaired by someone who can cut off Trump's microphone if he interrupts Harris, because he'll try to do that; it's his tactic.

I'm in favor of a simple system during the debate- someone listening off stage, has a button to activate red. (for lie) yellow for misleading and green for true.... in the corner of the screen the light will indicate what's being spewed out of Trumps mouth... no podium would also show who has actual stamina and strength
The moderators job is to ask questions, not interrupt the candidates. It's up the us the voters to get the answers. If you can't spend 30 minutes doing that then why are you voting???
VP Harris is the current VPOTUS, and she should NOT cede the high grounds to Trump by dictating when and where the debates should take place. Despite what your two WM guests stated. Keep to the 09/10/2024 debate date and then decide future debates.
The difference with regards to the cognitive issue is, Biden never had a cognitive issue. Even during the debate, where he was suffering from a cold (and likely jet lag) Biden could answer the questions posed to him. trump has never been able to answer a substantive question posed to him. There has not been a trump rally in years where he didn't mangle sentences, mispronounce words. The focus should have been on trumps cognitive decline for the last 3 years.
