Debate: Is Scotland's bottle return scheme fit for purpose? 

Scotland is due to become the first country in the UK to introduce a 20p deposit return scheme to recycle single-use drinks bottles and cans later this year.
At first glance, the scheme may seem straightforward but many businesses believe it's just too complicated and costly.
