Debbie Dibble - Sickle Cell Riddim 

Sickle Cell Disease is a blood related genetic disorder which affects black people. Reggae music, even though made by all peoples, is made and consumed mostly by black people. That is why Debbie Dibble had this riddim made in hopes that other reggae artistes jump on it, there by helping spread awareness on the condition.
Her choice of lyrical content is meant to demonstrate that one doesn't necessarily have to make a song about Sickle Cell Disease with the riddim.
