Deboning, Trimming, Grinding Deer Meat

Mr. E. took 3 peices (2 shoulders and 1 hind quarter) of deer meat out of the freezer yesterday to thaw out. Today we trimmed, deboned and ground it to make room in the freezer and cook some in some burritos on the next day. Tips on the process.

Deer burgers are so good. I like to put some tomatoes and cowboy candy on mine.

@@LouisianaHomestead-vc5nx I like mine with cheese, pickled jalapenos on a big yeast donut 😋 Sliced in the middle and turn the glaze to the inside 😁
