The young bulls looked nice but then the older bulls looked crap. If you want to see a proper Charolais bull with a proper carcass come to Great Britain. A British Charolais bull would blow any other Charolais bull out of the water. Facts not fats.
European Charolais bulls have all muscle and no fat. There's not a lot of tenderness to them, they're not soft. It all depends on your market. Europeans have a preference to leaner beef.
@@TheLazyGuyWay true that, but it’s like saying your African race if your from Britain. The British Charolais has been designed to fit British markets, not french. So they are British Charolais 😉
