Sir i m suffering from fissure after delivery of child Fissure line present on anterior and posterior midline both which is very deep Pain is severe and blood are coming like a strip on stool Anal size is become short and after delivery fissure crack present on anterior line and it heal within 15 day After 15 days it reoccur and fissure crack present on posterior line also which is very deep and painful Pain is all time. 15 days happen but it not heal i m taking high fibre diet and lots of water intake sitz bath analbliss plzz suggest

Respected sir, I do my laser fistulatomy + Fissuretomy + Internal Spincterotomy on 11 March 24 . I have Perennial Abacus i done two times surgery on 2018 and 2022 but after that external opening i found some chip chipa water coming from small holes . Two days before i done my third surgery if any chance for Recurren 😢

Sir I m a mother of 3 month old baby, I had a normal delivery, after 1 month of delivery I have lot of pain during stool passing, I showed to a surgeon he informed me that I have anal fisher and earlier since 8 years I m having piles which never gave me pain , until unless I had bad food, but now I m controlling my diet with fiber rich food, but when I have my Deit properly I don’t get pain while stool passing but 1 day before I had craving of spicy food then next day I had pain, so my question is that will be able to have my fav. Foods in future or do I need to go for surgery first then I can have any food of my choice, because with baby I can’t go for surgery because I m worried that who will look after my baby as he is on breast feeding. Please answer my question as I m in lot of pain. Will my fisher go with good diet in particular time or not , or I have to do surgery to get rid of it.

Fistula ki open surgery k bad bhi kuchh mahine bad pahle wali jagah par chhota sa hole ban gya hai. Jisse halki sa blood ya push aa jata hai. Kya yah thik nahi hua hai. Ab kya kare margdarshan kare.

sat sri akal ji, sir mere relative ne piles ka laser operation kraia thaa. Lekin six days ho gai he raat din lgaatar dard ho rha he. Kia kre sir bahut preshani ho rhi he. Please sir kuch rasta dikhado k kuch rahat mill jay. 🙏🙏
