I reverse image searched some screenshots of the videos he showed of Hamas staging funerals and injuries. These videos seem to be several years old and unrelated to the current conflict. The video with the boy faking dead isn't even from Gaza. It's from an educational video from a funeral course in Malaysia! Another one shows a protest in Egypt. I discovered this channel when I travelled to Israel myself and found it very informative, but the fact that he is using this footage in such a manipulative way, doesn't look good and makes you wonder what else he tells us isn't true. I encourage everyone to check for themselves and call him out on it. Then we'll see what he has to say about that and if this has become just another propaganda channel.

I don´t think anyone is denying that there were Jews 2000 years ago in these lands. But an Italian person from today can also not go to any place that once used to be part of the Roman Empire and claim that this is now their land. If Gaza is an "apartheid open air prison" because Israel keeps close borders, then Egypt is just as guilty as Israel.

Furthermore, the meaning of apartheid is that there is discrimination and segregation between different groups, ethnic or otherwise, under the same judicial system. Israel withdrew from all of the Gaza strip in 2005, uprooting every single Jew and Jewish settlement as part of the process, afterwhich local elections put the Hamas in power. The only judicial system in operation in Gaza right belongs to the Hamas. Open air prison? Up to the October 7th attack, a significant number of Gazan civilians were allowed to cross daily into Israel to work. As with any border, this border limited the amount and the identity of those civilians, with only the protection of the people of Israel in mind guiding any such limitations. Although the longest border the Gaza strip has is, indeed, with Israel (60 km), there is a 13 km long border with neighbouring Egypt, an Arab, muslim country from which, judging by their last names, much of the population of Gaza originaly migrated from. Even if Israel did seal the border completely (which it did not), what about the option to travel back and forth from Gaza to Egypt? How come that is not under scrutiny of the "open air prison" claim? Could it be that it negates the narrative?
