Absolutely agree with your point that things are changing regarding the consumers. Myself and my partner (we are in our late 30’s and are lower to middle class) and enjoy a nice one at the weekend on an at home date night when the kids are in bed in our lock down built home bar with an espresso martini, whisky or good sipping tequila. It’s all very relaxing.
I remember in the 1990s women smoking cigars was huge It was normal to see women smoking cigars on television. Then it sort of slowed down in the 2000s. Also the only time ive seen women smoking cigars on the streets in public was in the 90s
Root beer, in my opinion, is the single most delicious thing to pair with a cigar. Alcoholic or not. I used to think it was coffee or whiskey. They’re good, but root beer is better.
Cigars have alot of nicotine lol. Way more than cigarettes in fact. Nicotine is not being stripped from the leafs.. There is stronger tobacco and less strong thus also stronger and less stronger cigars but all have way more nicotine than a cigarette. Also while u don't inhale still have risk of mouth and throat cancer. Cigars are not healthy, people should know that. That said, i love them and just seasoned my second 300ct humidor

I do not know why people glamorize cigar smoking as cool and empowering. Who wants to smell like an ashtray and have stained teeth and bad breath? Even though cigar smoke is not supposed to be inhaled, people still are at risk for lung diseases and cancers. Also, it is sad that I also find it very sad that there are more women smoking cigars. Big Tobacco has always targeted people, especially women and girls to start smoking. More and more people should know that tobacco smoking causes a lot of health problems. Getting rid of cigars is a small part of bettering political systems, economies, education systems, health systems, research institutions, people, and lives.

How about letting grown ADULTS make their own decisions in regards to the lifestyle they wish to live, instead of using the force of government to shove your will down our throats? theyre definitely worse than cigarettes. Way bigger , entirely made of tobacco, no filter. Not inhaling a cigar ? Thats like drinking whiskey and not swallowing.

I have to strongly disagree with "stripping out" most of the nicotine. Cigars have a HUGE amount of nicotine compared to cigarettes. Yes, fermentation does break down a bit of the nicotine, but it's really strong tobacco to start with, while the junk in cigarettes is really low grade.
