Like the animation, but opening the heavy condensate outlet before your tower is even filled is not a good idea, your tower isn't on temperature so the outgoing flow would be contaminated with your destilate
Português: Alguém me manda como ocorre todo o Processo da Animação do Video "Debutanizer Column Working Animation". English: Someone sends me as it does all Video Animation Process "Debutanizer Column Working Animation" .
As an operator for the LARGEST MidStream (gas) company in the US? This animation is NOT exactly how it’s done! To each his own, but DONT do it this way. Your inlet feed is a LIQUID. Therefore, it MUST be put through a 3 phase separator (liquid, gas, water) BEFORE it goes to your DeButanizer!!! NOT AFTER!!! Then the HEAVY condensate (C5+) going to Storage or to a DePentanizer comes from the BOTTOMS of the ReBoiler, NOT the bottom of the tower! There is NO gas cooler before the compressor, only a scrubber. You are gonna COMPRESS the gas to gets its “pressure” up to join the pipeline pressure of 600#+...
we have exactly same here, inlet feed is coming from the stripper bottom, directly without any vessels in between, Lean naphtha is drawn from the Debut bottom itself not from reboiler. and if ure talking about the Gas cooler at the overhead Vapour, if it's not there how will lpg is condensed?
