There's nothing wrong with treating yourself now and then. As long as you keep up a regiment of excercise and healthy diet, eating a bad meal now and then won't hurt. Keep it up Tim, you'll do awesome!

Don't fret about setbacks or holidays or whatnot. Dieting shouldn't ruin your life. I've been losing weight despite thanksgiving, a birthday, the occasional snack, and treating myself to keep my sanity. You will lose weight, you will get healthier. If you get the urge to eat something less than healthy once a week or every two weeks, it's ok. Just remember to stay on track. I find I lose more weight when I have a little something every so often.
