Decapitated's recent releases scratches an itch that few other bands/albums can reach. There's something about the fast, bouncy rhythms and buzz-saw guitar tones that hits just right for me. Production on this album seems absolutely fantastic aswell. Love that I can clearly hear the mid frequencies of the bass guitar in the mix.
Fuck everyone's opinions, I will stand on my own and defend this band. This new track Fucking kicks ass, I loved literally everything this band pushed out. From WOC and Nihility, to CiF, and Blood Mantra. Keep up the awesome work gentlemen.
Same. But they really should start playing older songs too. Saw them live twice and didn't hear a single song from Winds of creation...and the only song from Nihility was of course Spheres of madness.
every this band has created is unique, love every fucking album, maybe they should do more variated playlist in their tours, but the music they actually make is for me the best they have created, every album for me they get better
Gotta say, I wasn't very impressed at first, but at around 2/3 through the song it all started making sense and by the time it ended, I was in love. Good job, Decapitated, you still haven't let me down.
What a tune!!! 🤘 I love how the element of Death Metal and other musical elements like a small touch of Grunge, and a small touch of Nu-Metal just combine awesomely together in a unique blend!!! Yes, Decapitated may differ from their older material (which is I love equally by the way), but still, I think their latest stuff is still unique, in My opinion! 🤘
I like that it doesn't sound like old Decapitated, even though I prefer the older material. You can't really expect it to be like old Decapitated without Vitek on the kit anyway.

This is the sound of evolution. The drum patterns,the rythm and order the riff's are played in ,the vocals that are placed right where they needed to be,... Thank-you for thinking outside the box.
They always tend to have new ideas/tones in each album that has been released which makes this band hard to get bored listening to. I might as well state the obvious that the riffs always deliver. I'm looking forward to buy their new album! Cheerios
I'd would prefer Decapitated sounded like they did but it is their music and it is a choice to listen to them.! I still do and will always listen to them & accept that this is the direction they want to take their music!!!
That riff at 2:55 tho... have high hopes for this one. Vogg's got a killer tone man, that guitars got some fucking balls to it. Did blood mantra kind of suck? Yes. Do I kind of hate rasta's vocals? Not a huge fan. But I'll always enjoy listening to Vogg's playing.
Dollars to donuts you are saying what a lot of people are thinking. To me, Vogg essentially carries the band at this point (though Krimh did help a lot on the last album).

Decapitated - the bastard child of Sepultura and Gojira. Great song, but the dude that edited the video needs to lay off the caffeine. It's okay to have a shot that lasts longer than a half second.
The amount of people butthurt over how a band should sound according to them is fucking astounding. Artists should play exactly what they feel like. As a listener, you can go along if you enjoy it, or look for something else that suits you better. And stop fucking whining, they don't owe you anything.

seguro,su calidad en cuánto al sonido y producción son muy buenas, pero antes se destacaban en un estilo muy bueno, tecnica y agresivamente, estos sonidos aunque suenan potentes, no resaltan de un monton de bandas del monton,y para una banda como decapitated es como muy poco, pero en fin todo es cuestion de gustos, y se respeta toda opinión
That's preposterous, you shouldn't believe anyone's allegations until they've been proven to be true. Doesn't mean you can't investigate. Anyone can make up anything, especially with the United States legal system which disproportionately sides with women because of muh victimhood.

And what makes you think that they didn't do it? There is no evidence that proves they didn't. And the last thing you said is not even true. In fact they often side with men who rape or abuse women usually because they are "important". And what about women who actually have been raped? Is it your first instinct to deny that EVERY woman has been raped if they say they did?

There is no evidence at this point to support what this woman has claimed other than she was reported to have hung out with the band at some point. For the allegations to be true, it would mean that (4) individuals would have to be complete violent sociopaths to do what they've done, as opposed to one person being derranged and making false accusations for personal gain. The members of the band have no criminal history in the US or Poland, and Vogg even has a wife and kid.

Totally agree, this has some cool riffs and some cool vocal parts. Other than that, the drumming is pretty meh and it feels so different from their older stuff. I just can't dig this.

The drummer is good, I've seen them live last year and he did well on thier old blast beat filled stuff. I think he plays more simple now because that is the way they want him to do.
well new decapitated albums are not easy to digest for the old fans. Although I think Vitek was extremely creative this guy is also a machine. So as Krimh (one of my favorites)... the thing is that the music is not very complicated so the drummer is just doing his job. If the structure of the song would be more complex the drums would be too

I agree with Todd. For me this is their best album yet. I actually quite enjoyed your band. I felt like I was back in 1990, or 1991. Even your recording sounded like it. Your guitar player needs to practice hammer ons, and sweeps badly. And I'm from the Bay Area thrash neck of the woods, and grew up with speed metal, and thrash. Are you guys using old equipment?
I am in total agreement and after seeing the original line up with Sauron and Vitek live and then seeing them with this line up its literally 2 different bands! Decapitated died with Vitek R.I.P.
