Decca Model 50 with Meltrope III Soundbox (Grammophon Gramophone Wind-up Portable 78 rpm) 

Another recently aquired portable gramophone, the Decca Model 50 with the Meltrope III soundbox.
Unfortunately the original spring broke on the outside which has been repaired including cleaning and greasing of the Garrard 20 motor. The Meltrope soundbox has now new rubber gadgets and sounds great.
I have planned also to replace the ivory colored fabric on the motor board with the support of a local bookbinder who helps me finding the needed Kalico fabric.
