1983 commercial break for WNEW Channel 5 New York's broadcast of "Mata Hari." There are several instances of what sounds like announcers interrupting each other at the end of commercials. Go to 4:28, it literally sounds like one announcer sighs at the very end, hehe. Plus some title card glitches. I was just a baby in 1983 and I'm so grateful to experience NYC through the magic of classic commercials. :)
