We load the dogs up in the van and head north to explore Deception Pass and Whidbey Island on Washington's coast. Deception Pass Bridge brings us from Fidalgo Island to Whidbey Island where we hike down to the water's edge and dip our toes in the icy cold waters of Deception Pass. We continue our journey south through Whidbey Island stoping at Ebey's Landing to learn about the early settlers who farmed this land. With the day coming to a close we take the ferry back to the mainland.
