I've had my fold 6 for a few days came from a fold 4. This feels like a different phone it looks like a different phone

One Handed for the win. It's never feel like I'm going to drop it with one hand.

Regarding skin tone representation, it’s important to remember that Samsung is a Korean company based in Asia; Southeast Asians tend to prefer when their skin appears lighter, as it is a common beauty standard in that part of the world. That’s my guess on why the algorithms do what it does.

This is my first fold 6 and it is amazing. Way way way nicer in person and feels 💯 premium and solid!

I’m a iPhone user but the way it looks on the back is Flawless. I love the fact that it just looks like a little tablet.

I think folks are forgetting that a phone goes through its refinement until its final form until a complete change. Cars do it. 2018 Honda Accord looks the same til they changed it for 2024, but was refined until that change. The Fold 6 is the final form of the current design model before they completely change it. The Fold 7 will definitely be different, with the rumor about the Fold 6 Slim existing and the rumor of the Fold 7 being the thinnest folding phone in the world, trying to compete with the Honor Magic V3. Im betting the Fold 7 will be bigger, thinner, and have the integrated S-Pen. Or there will be a Fold 7 and Fold 7 Ultra.

Samsung will only end up drastically changing the design when their biggest competitor Apple releases a foldable. That will be the only time, they will feel the urge to be even more innovative with the Fold

I think they're focused on the form factor. Now that the foldables have a closed edge, they can focus on more improvements. All the other phones that are thinner and have edges can't compete when it comes to power and capabilities. That's why they achieved those features. Now that Samsung has, I'm interested in what they do with the future foldables.

The Fold 6 outer screen is perfect.(lacks flagship charging/cameras) It is pretty much the size of my Xperia 1v. I own: Oneplus Open, 24ultra, Xperia1v, iphone13pro, and Fold6. Fold6 serves best of both worlds, comfortable single hand use with the option of a huge inner screen. Having 2 S24 ultras sandwiched together would be too much, in my opinion. I always enjoy your perspectives/reviews(more in depth than most)

There's hardware, and then there's the OS. Yes, we can bicker over the hardware forever! The thing that makes these Z Folds great is the OS! The edge panels, along with some of the Galaxy specific apps and OS features make the user experience awesome!

I use the front screen for phone calls and texting.....everything else is on the inside screen. (Z FOLD 6 ) I personally enjoy the slimline experience, works for me 😛

#1 the smaller outter display makes me NOT doom scroll all day. #2 I dont want it thinner. This size makes it feel so solid and durable+premium

The front screen is only too small to people who dont use the phone everyday. I use the outer screen way more than inner. These complaints are coming from people who either dont own the phone or people just doing reviews

I just switched to the fold 6 from a iPhone 13 pro max. I like the fold but I would like a bigger battery and a slightly wider wider with the s pen integrated with the phone than it would be the perfect phone. software wise it is phenomenal.

I like how it's one handed but I still need a slightly wider outer display so I can use it one handed, but also watch proper videos. Maybe 3mm Wider.

I'm happy with this for a few generations I think. I regret buying the 4. But not the 3 or 6. 4 was pointless for me. By the time I'm ready to update the perfect fold should be ready

I'm coming from Z Fold 3. I REALLY love the jumps on the 6.

The battery size is just alright. For me i rather have them greatly improve the charge speed so we can get more juice faster.

From the 5 to the 6 the from screen is wider, and much easier to type on. I had tons of errors with the fold 5. Next to none now. They widened the front screen and i live the shsrper corners. They really did it on this phone! Wish the pen was integrated already though.

It is a beautiful device, and I almost pulled the trigger. But I can't until they totally get rid of the crease, include top of the line cameras, and increase the battery capacity. So I'm holding out until they give us a device worthy of that price tag. We should all be forcing Samsung to step it up by not accepting less for more money.

I think the whole point of having a foldable phone is to have a larger display when you want it and a smaller display when you don't. I'm not sure what all the complaining about the outside display is but it just seems kind of silly when you have the best of both worlds in your hand. Choose the one that works for you and move on beyond complaining about a larger outside display.

The crease has a huge difference from the fold 5. It doesn't show well on video, and while the screen is off but it's barely noticeable when in use and the depth is very much diminished you barely feel it unless you push down much harder vs barely running your finger on it to feel it on the 5 lol. I have huge hands, and I am typing this two handed on the outer display, which is way more comfortable to do on the 6 without your thumbs practically touching 😂. Anyone who used their fold 4 or 5 for 10-15 hours a day of serious use will definitely notice an improvement

Since Apple is moving to RCS messaging, I just ordered the Z fold six.

The only innovation from Samsung for fold 6 is that they made a machine to convert all the z fold 5 rounded edges to square edges. They applied this on the unsold z fold 5's and apply the same on the traded in z fold 5's. I love my z fold 5 and still holding on to it. I did do compare the front screens at a near by Samsung showroom, but I felt the width change is negligible to feel it new.

I want one, but I won't get one until they make that dang outer display wider. I'm not going from an S24 Ultra to a flip phone sized outer display

Moreover, you are a user of both iOS & OneUI, which adds to the credibility of your advice to Samsung or Apple. I noticed at the 08:40 mark in the video that light is shining through the gap on the left side (near the hinge), which shows a lack of quality control in manufacturing. Also, on Reddit, there is a post showing a more inflated problem where one user received a Fold6 with a much larger gap to the top right of the phone where it folds shut (as if the phone was warped). Loved your ending comment; pure fire! 🔥 I daily drive a Z Fold4, so I appreciate your truthful comments with love to Samsung.

It is better to have a ring, pop-up or strap phone holder to securely and comfortably hold any fold device regardless of the fold chosen. If you don't have a holder, you will likely rest on a table or on your lap for extended usage. i personally think a combination ring stand is the best option.

What I dislike the most is that the "cover display" does not support the S Pen. I get it, but why can't I have a fully functional Note device when it is closed? I have to carry the S Pen attached to the back, and I can't quickly take a note on the front display. For me, it's a dumb limitation that will be extensively advertised when they decide to solve it.

Under display finger print seasons aswell. Having it on the button is nice but i need to add like 4 fingers .and depending on how i pick up the phone i need to adjust the proper finger to unlock the phone., if you can use an 24+ or even ultra with 1 hand they can make this phone a little bigger.

The Honor Magic v3 is 9.2mm folded (ZFold 6 12mm). It uses new battery technology (silicone carbon); which allows for a 5600 mah battery, that charges at 65 watts and 50 watts wirelessly 🤯. Samsung is falling behind in foldable hardware. Also if the Z Fold 6 were to fold "the other way", it would have the form factor of the Google Pixel Fold (most enjoyable Android device I've ever used). Great video bro, I really enjoyed it 💪🏾

I do not know why everyone talks about the "too narrow" outer screen.. My thumb barely gets it to the "far" side of the outer display and then you have like a whole mouvement out there chanthing of NO MORE SMALL PHONES.. Stop being negative about outer design. Its a Samsung design theory, recognition, language. Its more one handy yet most durable and practical. Its a quality, luxury only.

I can’t wait til I get this phone! I’ve been with iPhone since the iPhone 4 came out & I came to the decision that it’s time to try something new! Only thing I’m worried about is the crease.

I don't think the fold 6 is worth $1899. I get that it folds but the cameras are still not great and for the price should have ultra cameras in it.

I anguished over should I upgrade from the zf5 and pulled the trigger. I have the zf6 for 2.5 days. I am not sure it is worth the $599 upgrade but here's what I think so far. The lighter weight and the it being thinner is definitely noticeable and it's awesome, especially the Samsung s pen case is thinner in the right places. I don't really notice the wider front screen although the squarer shape is better. The processor is noticeably better although the zf5 was good enough. The brightness? Maybe but out in the direct sun? Not so much. Ultimately, I went with the upgrade because I know myself to know I'm gonna wind up with the damn thing anyway, I might as well get all the incentives while they last. The phone is awesome and definitely better than the provious one more than I thought from all the reviews. I use the s pen enough that I want it with me. Back in the zf4 days I had the s pen fold and used an apple pencil clip that I pinched and wore it like a pen. Anyone have other ideas how to carry the s pen without one of cases that carried it? There not one video on this subject.

What C.J. say about Samsung Cameras is True. I went from the Galaxy Z Fold 2 to the iPhone 14 Pro Max, not cause I Think Apple or the iPhone is Better. But for the same exact reasons C.J. gave. I could’ve just upgraded to the Fold 3 or 4 at the Time. Samsung just haven’t upgraded the Hardware enough for me to be Confident Feeling, one similar to when Samsung upgraded the Galaxy Z Fold 2 from the Original Fold. You could see the difference between the Two Devices, immediately, you recognize the Difference Front Screen, Inner Screen, all the Cameras and Cameras Bump and Layout of the Whole Device, compared to the Original Fold. And Samsung has just stuck with that Design, the only real Things that Changed from the Fold 2 from the Fold 3,4,5&6, is the Camera Bump, the Inner Screen Selfie Camera changed from an Hole Punched to an Under Display Camera and they added a Digitizer for the used of the S Pen. All the other Changes was Normal every Year Changes, a more Refined Hinge and a Slightly More Advanced Software. Oh but we have Galaxy Ai now. SMH, we always had a Ai, what do you Think, Bixby, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, Social Media Meta and etc are? They’re all Ai,…Yes, you been using Ai all this Time and need me to tell you that much. SMH, so as I was saying, Samsung only gave us a Refined Hinge and Slightly More Advanced Software. You can Argue that the Folds are more Durable, but are they. Cause the Samsung Folds have always been Durable to me and for me. I used my Fold and Fold 2 all Year around in all of Michigan Weather, Rain, Sleek and Snow. Yet the Point of all of what I said was for me to say this. Even though I have pictures of me before I had a Fold, the Fact Samsung created a Software that changes your Appearance if you’re too Dark, that Insane. So Yes, Design Wise, Software and Hardware Wise, I Agree 100% with my Brotha C.J.. Samsung has to do Better, but I’m not going to lie, I’m getting that Fold 6, I hate Apple iPhones. Not their other Tech, just the Phones. I only like the Cameras and I was in Love with iMessage for a few Weeks. I love your channel, bro I have the silver zf6, but tbh the outer ratio is fine. The purpose, hopefully of anyone willing to shell out 2GS for this phone is to be a tablet first phone second, or if you are just tired of apple, the same ole same ole, I use the outer screen more then the inner but it's good to be have the option to opening it to a tablet when I need to.

I think they have room to shrink the bezels on the front screen without changing the form factor and get a 6.4 -6.5 inch display, especially since they have the under screen camera anyway. It would make people need to find something else to nitpick on without punishing users who understand how refreshing it is to have a one-handed device in a market that is saturated with wide phones, lol

Im thinking of returning the zfold6 and waiting for the zfold slim/ultra. They said it wssnt coming out, i bought the 6 and now they freaking lied cause it is coming out

Shane Craig said it best. "Other brands make a phone that opens up into a tablet. Samsung makes a tablet that folds into a phone." The main focus is the inner display. The primary display is the inner display. Where you are supposed to do the majority of the things you can do with this phone is on the inner display. The outer display is designed to compliment the main screen and push you to open it. The other brands made the outer screen their focus, where you can do 90 percent of things without ever having to open it. The inner display on these brands is more of a compliment to the outer screen where you have it just in case you need it, but it's not necessary for everyday use or the main display. All the reviews I've seen of other brands will literally talk about how they rarely ever open it. So what's the point? Sounds to me like samsung got it right.

SAMSUNG/APPLE PAY ATTENTION!!! The only way you're gonna get a perfect folding phone is if you make two separate glass screens not that cheap material that folds. Two separate glass screens that perfectly unite when you unfold it and then looks like one piece combined, that way you won't have the hideous crease in the middle that they all have. I've been saying this for the last 4 years now. Watch apple go ahead and do it.

Hopefully samsung gets it together, this might be my last samsung fold unless that put a better battery, better cameras (since its the most expensive phone they make), spen on the front display (really!), spen integrated in the phone, front camera on the inside needs a way better camera and a slightly wider display on the front. Stop resting on your laurels and make the device we know you can before people just move on the apple, or pixel 9 fold pro.

I'm looking to upgrade my Note10 plus this year. It works well but the battery drain is real. I will keep my Note10 plus as a back-up phone. Would this be a good choice to upgrade to? I'm waiting until the Iphone 16 to come out before I finally make a decision. Looking into the S24 Ultra, Fold 6 or Iphone 16 if it wows me enough. Been with Samsung for 10+ years. Any advice greatly appreciated thanks!
