You should be able to take that advanced bit off the .44 pistol you found and insert it into Kelogg's at a workbench. Now you have the better numbers AND the legendary effect.
Deliverer with action girl maxed out and Gunslinger and maybe Bloody mess is ridiculous. It's rate of fire is quite high in V.A.T.S. so get the large or Large quick eject magazine. A suppressor and Sandman helps. The .44 maxed out does a lot of damage with less ammo.

@@ShesEmma Yup, when you are at the settlement, go into build mode and go up to a settler and you will see the option to send them off. When you send them to Sanctuary, they still talk as if they were still on the Island.

This really was morally iffy all the way through. No "right" way to do it in the end, just what you can accept in order to make it come out the way you want. Worth more playthroughs to see how badly things can turn out.

Well, youve come this far. Youve learn more than most players by paying attention to the options. But what players dont seem to realize is the "real question" If saving Synths meant the extinction of all humans left on the planet. Are they more deserving to live than humans? and or, If you had to decide between one or the other do humans have more a right to live? Its a what came 1st the chicken or the egg dilemma. Nick is not what he seems, humans are meat heads and he hated the human part of himself the institute forced on him, (his robotic self. He "has to" blend in to Diamond city or those nasty humans would destroy him. The RR and Dr. Amari what they do, the memory wipes, and what Father reveals that the RR use Dr Amari to kill people to give the Synths new identities. ie kill people to save Synths. Its a fog or choices and we are push to make it without all the facts. Thats why its complicated, but for those that dont pay attention it seems simple on the surface.
Nick is open with who he is. That he sees humans as “meat heads” sounds like pure fan fiction/Head canon. Not every synth with a personality is replacing somebody. Dr Amari and the RR aren’t killing people to give their personality. The personalities are created along with the false memories. Not sure what you get the idea that synths would mean the extinction. Wait it does’t have to be fanfic. You might just follow what BOS are saying. They aren’t that great either and you can’t trust everything they say, I say if the Dr. Amari and RR were these monsters wiping them out would been a priority even for Minutemen. RR have their issues but they aren’t monsters.
