Impressive project. I am assuming that's 4 plots? Also do you happen to know the floor size? Of the house?

That's two plots instead. The area the building is covering is 2436 square feet

In regards to the plumbing of the toilets, doesn’t one version have issues with bad smells versus the other? I can't remember which one, the S trap or the P trap. Do the toilets on the upper floors use a different trap than the ones on the ground floor?

You can use either S-Trap or P-Trap for any and it's fine. The smell may be as a result of improper sizing of vent pipe and not necessarily from the WC. Each of the Traps, whether P or S holds water to prevent back smell unless the WC wasn't designed well
