A few years ago, Declan McKenna was somewhat of a rarity - a first-time artist arriving with numerous skills. His follow-up record, ‘Zeros’ was delayed because of the pandemic, but now it’s here. His current mullet and makeup aren’t the only indicators that time has passed.
