THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO. COURTNEY CARVER. BE LESS WITH MORE. 3:32 Medicating myself from feeling stress and overwhelm... Shopping "for sport" feels good at the moment, (dopamine) but that happiness fades quickly and you're left with either the stuff or the debt, and in most cases you don't even know where that debt came from...❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It is refreshing to hear her talk of how she tackles the huge issue of living beyond ones means. It is an overwhelming subject and her one step at a time, then observing how that step has removed a stress from your life, it does work.

Such great tips thank you so much Courtney :) I'm interested in trying 333! I think I could do it fairly easy because I know I'm a creature of habit and lean toward the same outfits/jewelry/shoes anyways!
Interesting, but packing for HALF the travel time simply doesn't work. At least not if you want clean clothes. I tried it a couple of times, and ended up with ill-fitting T-shirts from Dubai or China that I didn''t keep for a long time.
I hear that. You know, I think if the clothing is very high quality, it should wear many times. I used to work at a jean store and they actually said to NEVER wash your Jean's but to put them in a freezer bag in the freezer overnight. Washing your clothes wears it out. If you're buying less, and higher quality, the roatain can be heavy and no one will notice :)
