Thank you for watching my first video! In this video I am decluttering my entire jewelry collection. I am on a journey to live a bit more minimal and sustainably.
I have that bean! You cleared out a lot but left so many lovely pieces. When everything in your box is something you wear, it feels so good to choose. Sterling can easily be cleaned with a polishing cloth, don't toss it out when it gets dark. To clean real gold soak it in warm water and Dawn dish soap. Super easy.
The easiest and most efficient way to clean gold or silver jewelry is to put them in a pot and add water boil then and put baling soda and keep them in the stove in low flame for about 2-4 min then see the magic. It will be brand new. Get it out and wash with toothbrush in soap water just to remove the soda or just water really.. Works wonder give it a try
Do you donate or sell? I have jewelry I want to declutter - but I'm not sure what the best way to go about getting rid of the things I'm no longer using. I'd love to get some ideas :)
Hi, thank you for watching and commenting! :) Usually I first ask friends and family if they want anything then I donate the jewelry that is still in good condition. If something is damaged or tarnished I’ll just throw it away. I do recommend if you have some high quality jewelry you want to get rid of to try and sell it first.
I get my jewelry from many different places. Most of them are not of high quality. I get them from local boutiques, online stores, as gifts and very few are from jewelry stores.
