If you ask me ryan financially would have been better off firing eric and not bugs, bugs was upset because he did all the work and cheeseburger boy would be sitting or giggling all the time, be honest ryan you financially would have been better off with bugs because now your looking for a good finisher and erik said himself hes leaving victory
Some people are just built to be laborers forever. Still usefull in their own ways. Fran is a good helper and he probably knows some things we don't get to see. Eric is a forever laborer. If whe worked for us. He would Pick up garbage and broken brick all day. Then occasionally let him throw some mud

Back when you started RU-vid you had a totally different crew. As people started leaving I thought I would lose interest. Now I tune in M,W,F before I start my day and the reason Is,you have great values and you keep your priorities straight. You have a wonderful family and treat your employees as you would expect to be treated. I usually get a nice laugh or two and it’s great motivation to get out there and make a difference.
