We know there are nations that resist Antichrist before Yeshua returns (Daniel 11:39-45) and even come to Israel's defense (Micah 5:5-6a), so Antichrist's power is not global. I would argue these resistor nations are Christian because every nation identified specifically by name in Scripture that suffers destruction at the coming of Yeshua in power and glory is today an Islamic nation. According to the full council of Scripture, the upcoming Gog-Magog war (which I also view as a broader description of Armageddon) will include: Egypt Gaza / West Bank Iran Iraq Lebanon Libya Saudi Arabia Sudan Syria Turkey I also expect other surrounding nations (either official gov't declaration or volunteer Islamist fighters) not specifically mentioned by region per se to join their "Islamist brothers" against Israel. We see hints of this now happening. Outside of China, the "nation of Islam" is the only other people group that can fulfill the 200 million man army of Revelation 9, and it is Islam that actively seeks Israel's destruction, not China. I therefore believe our focus should be on the surrounding Islamic nations, starting with Turkey and Iran.
