Glad you mentioned the Venus sequence. I just took the guys course on ‘the Art of Contemplation’. Really impressed by how he broke it down. I’ll check the Venus sequence next

ooh interesting. Yes, Gene Keys has taught me so much. It really is the Yin to the Yang-ness of HD :) The Venus Sequence really changed me - I highly recommend, if you feel called. I did a little video on it a while back: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Km6zXSRDFCA.html . I may do another one too actually, now that I have had more time to sit and integrate. So much has shifted in such a short time since going through the course!

I have an activated emotional center, My dad tough me to suppress while my mom was triggering the emotional waves (I believe). Today I understand better the different types and quality of waves, tribal - individual - collective, and know better how I generate them and honestly some time I keep them down for the end of the day, I really like to be in a safe space to go through the big ones. I also know that the tribal one only acure around other people who have those Chanels or complete mine on that level, it helps to be aware of my not self. I agree with exploring the inerchild work ❤ Be an observer of the emotions is definitely the way to surf the wave for me and people around me, and some time I get taken by one, but with practice of awareness it get easy. So.. I'm pregnant for the 3d time, strong persistent nausea, horrible smells everywhere... Fears around reliving the previous pregnancies that felt like hell (I'm not maximizing what was lived through). The moments when I feel my best is when I'm in an emotional wave. I just have emotional center connected to the throat and head to ajna, everything else is blank. The fear and pain gets worse around other people, I've noticed around people with active spleen🙃 All that mainly to say emotional waves have been a breath of fresh air (best pregnancy yet, going towards being free of this incomfortable situation). How do you ride the waves with grace? Does that mean not expressing extreme emotions, be they good or bad? If we express them out can be socially unacceptable...

It takes time and patience!! And lots of inner work and self-awareness. I live alone so it’s much easier for me to express my emotions in any way i need to, and in a safe space. Once i started to allow myself to do this, i became less afraid of my emotions. If you are dedicated to deconditioning, there is definitely a period of allowing years of emotions to come to the surface, which can feel like a lot. Having a therapist was so helpful for me in that time, and i learned a lot of tools to help me process emotions better. Now when i am around others or feel triggered, i can calmly observe what comes up with no attachment. If it’s particularly intense, i excuse myself and go process in my own space. For me personally, whenever i have big emotions i do everything i can to understand the root of it. If my tools don’t work, i typically just allow myself to sit in my emotions for as long as i need to (yah, it’s sucks sometimes). However, lower emotions are a gift and very mutative. They help you see the world from a different lens and gives you a different perspective. I’ve learned to appreciate the entire spectrum and express them in the way they need to be expressed. Sometimes it’s art, music, singing, crying, eft tapping, somatic therapy, breathwork, etc. so in short… no, it’s good to express your emotions, but there are healthier ways to do it. The more you do this, the more you can understand your emotions and know how to handle them when they come up. So riding waves with grace doesn’t mean the emotions get less intense, you just feel safer to handle them, are less afraid of them, and you don’t get as lost in the emotions :) I just recorded a podcast episode around this, and it’s coming out in November.
