Yes, the fabric of reality and yes attempts to make sense of it only obscures it even more. I only listen to snippets but the parts I did listen to bring up great points of departure ... memory ... a world without time ... what is it to "feel" time? ... life is the great disrupter, YES! ... and so much more. Thanks for sharing your conversation Angelo and Josh, I experience it as Alan Watts would says a jazz performance each of you share your particular flavours of insight 🙏 A writer that I found has written beautiful prose about the topic of time is Carlo Rovelli, the man is just an exquisite wordsmith when it comes painting metaphors of ineffable. A real poet. For me, envy and awe arise. So much appreciation and gratitude of this art form. I invite anyone interest to read The Order of Time by Carlo Rovelli. As a dyslexic I listen to it on Audible and its narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch which makes the experience of the words just that much more potent. There is appearance of change in stillness, already dissolving as we are being made aware, applying our labels and meanings. The only way to keep the body from being anxious, is simply to surrender, full acceptance.

Based on your experiences from both of you, I’m curious if you believe that when we physically die will we exist in this conscious state that you’re describing (the way you’re experiencing reality right now)? do you think that will continue or do you think we just vanish l, everything fades to black and consciousness ceases to exist and that’s all she wrote? Very interested in your perspective on life after death based on what you know, and have experienced in your awakening processes.

Angelo it has become clear to me now that all there is left to do is to teach.

Really grateful for this interview and this channel. I haven’t heard of non-duality until a few weeks ago but it’s been coming to me in lots of songs. Several months ago I had an experience on mushrooms which was almost exactly as Josh described. My intention was to become One with all that is ….whatever that is and to let go of anything that prevented me from being one with it. The first part of the journey I felt a highly distinct shift between my thoughts and awareness or a witnesser. I spent what seemed like lifetimes searching with my mind over and over again for what that awareness was but could never grasp it. After that section was gone, I sensed myself leaving my family and children and eventually this planet and watched as this planet and eventually this universe and all other universes disappear as tiny pinpricks of light within a stream of Mandelbrot fractals until eventually there were no fractals. Eventually all there was was infinite stillness or void or potential and infinite arches of light manifesting all universes or form or motion coming out of the stillness and there was Awareness of both that was not apart from both. There was only stillness, motion, and awareness and they weren’t separate from each other. There was a deep sense that this was the essence of all that is but it felt incredibly alone. It was the most intense aloneness I’ve ever felt. Somehow even though I was perceiving this, there was still some kind of awareness of me and it became seemed obvious that I was judging this feeing of aloneness and that I needed to be still in order to absorb into the awareness but I couldn’t and eventually “got kicked out” and was left with the parting message: “nothing matters” over and over again. As if to say, “you didn’t go all the way, but understand this and you’ll get it. As I came back down to this reality, I had a very deep sense that the form we see is all a dream and “the point” is to become lucid in this dream of form so to speak. A couple weeks later I was walking around my kitchen and it just hit me that I am awareness looking at awareness (as are all things). Even though I conceptually know that everything and nothing are one and is right here, This isn’t a lived reality for me yet.

Oh man please keep me in mind if y’all do your own improve meet up! Im in Lakewood I actually found this channel through this crazy synchronicity of showing up for meditation at a metaphysical shop and found out I was living the wrong day of the week lol they invited me to stay, and I did, which is so absolutely not anything I would have typically done and they ended up being the sweetest group of people ever. I then went home and watched this random nonduality interview with somebody named violet, and they kept mentioning “improve class” (which I had never even heard of before that night) and some dude named Angelo. I dug deeper and realized I had watched one of your videos earlier that day lol They told me that night that, In staying for the class, I had enacted a big principle of improve (I believe they called it “yes anding”)-and it turns out that embracing the “yes anding” has also been so key on this path in terms of surrendering the illusion of control. It all ties together so neat 🤯

At the end you mentioned briefly about the whole fitting back in to world etc would love to hear the rearrangement frame work that may have had happened currently a total weirdo in the village over here lol

My cheeks hurt when I'm in improv class!

❤ I started to listen to this conversation when it was first released, but something seemed to resist it, so I didn't finish. Then I saw a post of it on Facebook a few days ago, and some discomfort came up only to go *whooosh* .... Felt like "cold water" running down from the top of my head, through my body, stomach going *blargh* and out my feet, in a split second. *whooosh* 😂😂 I don't know where time went, but it's been difficult to perceive time as before and I constantly have to check the clock when I have clients not to go over time. And with this, visual perception has changed too, like being more non-linear or timeless, yet ever changing in no-time... Makes no sense. 😅😅 This is weird and a bit difficult to navigate in. ❤

Nicotine addition is my finger nail hold. I decided to stop thinking about it and continue with meditation and learning... I completely forget about it for longer periods. I look forward to outgrowing and shedding it.

What this I remember one experience driving my car when I just realized my hands, arms, body, everything was doing everything without sense of control , not at all, such freedom, not even this kind of heavy sensation we have about the body, nothing, until fear back, ….funny amazing.
