400gram bơ lạt không muối/ unsalt butter
3 lòng trắng trứng/ egg whites
160gram đường tinh/ sugar
130 gram nước/ water
½ tsp vali

That's not buttercream. It is very light. I've seen someone decorating with just Italian meringue. No butter.

novel vlog it’s actually pretty easy, practice with a variety of tips, there are tons of free tutorials on Pinterest and RU-vid...I’m self taught..once you start playing with tips, you’d be shocked at how easy it really is....

may I ask how you get your cream to be stable enough to make flowers and the bird? also....what kind of paint brush is the long pointed one? I would love to try your technique! thank you.

The type of brush I use is very popular in Vietnam. Choose a brush with a small tip and its bristles are soft, 3cm long to be used. The cream I use is topping cream, whipping as wipping is available. I understand that in your country it is not widely available, but only in shops that supply bakery products.

Извините, что вмешиваюсь, тут одна девочка написала перевод на английском хочу коротко объяснить суть:я так понимаю это аналог растительных сливок, так как пишет без молока и масла, подходит для вегетариев, имеет вкус взбитых сливок но более стабилен и очень сладок изначально.)
