My theme matches the colors my home is already decorated in. I have a grey velvet sofa with deep team pillows and Matt silver accents, so my tree and garland are teal, silver and pearl white/cream. 😁

I’m doing a rustic winter wonderland theme so I’m doing blues silvers and whites with some wood ornaments and pinecones and antlers! (Btw your tree is SOOOO pretty girl!!)

I've done quite a bit of shopping for a woodland theme: William-Sonoma white snowman bowl and vase filled with piney and crystal spheres; tiered-tray and small snowy-scene items to place on it; potted flocked pine; and flocked garland with rustic bells and pine cones.

Fantastic tip about the ribbon! I have been wrapping an entire spool of wide ribbon around the tree and it looks lumpy, uneven and covers up some of the ornaments and lights. Genius! Thank you!

Thank you!! I'm doing white, silver and soft gold this year. Doing tree picks for the first time so the tip to do those first is super helpful. I also love the idea of using pieces of ribbon instead of a full length of it - I have never been able to get that to look good so I gave up on ribbon, but I love your idea!!

I've been using the picks with the balls for years. You can actually get them at Hobby Lobby and even Dollar Tree! Your tree is gorgeous! Makes me want to go ahead and get mine up!

I enjoy that look I had my kids , grand and great grands , but I broke my hip in Nov . two years ago , while I was in hospital all of my stuff was stolen . The lil ornaments they put thier pictures in . I sure they threw them away . But my mothers glass ornaments. I am 70 so you can amagin how old my mother would have been . I haven't had a tree since . There is a really evil woman that has a little store she buys from all of the thieves in the area . So as I buy new stuff they steal it . All my little red trucks last year even one I made out of camping Van VW .god will get her ..

I actually just decorated a mini 12 inch tree, it has the faux snow lined branches and 7 ornaments from Target that I couldn't resist! They are all fabric with pops of bright teal and hot pink, my favorites being a bunny ballerina with a sequined top and a Christmas sweater with a unicorn 💟

Love how your tree turned out. The Christmas tree is always Gold and silver. I set it up in the entry way and then transition to the other rooms. This year decorated the staircase with silver and blue and the dining room is mostly red and gold. Till now have shared the Christmas tree and staircase on my channel.

Love it , so beautiful. This year I did not put up my big Christmas tree because I have no space and it gets really crowded. So I bought 2 skinny trees one for each side of my fireplace and my colors are blush, gold and white.

I bought one for 2019 Xmas its the best purchase. My only regret i didn't fluff the tree i have too much space. Yet its beautiful blue, gold, silver ornaments. I used Ramon at Home advise, by using stencil stems put several mixer ornaments together and place it in the tree. It saves time and it gives it a designer look.

Looks Amazing! This year, I as well ventured away from the traditional Red and Green. I was obsessed with these pale aqua blue and silver ornaments! So glad I decided to do this. I watched a few You tube videos on how to decorate a stunning tree. And Oh my goodness.... My boys walked in and were in awe. I wanted a snowy tree "Inside" ... lol... it workef. Whi knew Hobby lobby has Snow in a bag😆. Any way it turned out amazing. Thanks to people like you to teach us How to do these things. Loved your video. Your tree is gorgeous!! Mine is a similar color scheme. I'm older and have had my ornaments since I was probably your age. Some stuff our daughter made in school, some gifts, but mostly ivory and gold. It's a trip down memory lane unwrapping each ornament every year and finding just the right spot on the tree.

I love ❤️ your 🌲!! I decorate 3 trees one all white lots of glitter one flocked with lots of picks and a 7 1/2 traditional with reds gold silver etc. I put the smaller ones after November 15 and the big one I decorate with my daughters the day after Thanksgiving!!! Can’t wait 😊

I use a lot of picks and luckily got them from the dollar tree. The others you have are beautiful I also add the heat resistant clear cellophane (the kind for Easter baskets). I cut them in various sizes, ball them up and place the balled end inside towards the trunk. As they slowly uncrumble they reflect off the lights. It’s incredibly beautiful. I also run a string of lights up the trunk. Your tree is stunning

My tree is always very old fashioned and home-made decor (often kid craft ornaments). It is very much a memoir of my children's lives. Besides the tree, I decorate mostly with snow-people and greenery!
