DECORATE WITH ME | Summer Front Porch 🌸 

Welcome!
In today's video I’m decorating my front porch for summer! What I really wanted was to simplify the porch and really focus on a clean, clutter-free look where the flowers and potted shrubs could shine. 🌸
In terms of container planting and the go-to “thriller, filler, spiller” formula, I chose a cone Green Mountain Boxwood as my centerpiece (or thriller) then surrounded it with @provenwinners Supertunia Rose and Vista Fuschia for a filler/spiller. I rounded it out with bright yellow Bidens, a sun-loving coleus, and the oh so trusty ‪@ProvenWinnersRU-vid‬ Lemon Coral Sedum. 💐
Okay, and can we talk about the giant hanging basket my sister-in-law got me?! I found the tags and no wonder it’s so huge! Thanks to ‪@ProvenWinnersRU-vid‬ and their Supertunia Vista Bubblegum, Silverberry, and Fuschia (yes, Fuschia…the same as the other three I’d picked out already) we have a lovely, abundant arrangement that perfectly matches the others. 🌺
Just a quick note…when potting up shrubs or trees, it’s a good idea to go several zones below your own to ensure they can make it through the cold. Being in a pot makes them more susceptible to freezing. Also, don’t forget to water throughout the winter. 💦
I love decorating my porch through the seasons! It doesn’t take too much, just a little effort and creativity and I have a nice, welcoming scene to welcome me home each day. ✨
