Stonedog23, It is demand versus supply and also the location. Limited land space for the increased demand of new homes. You can usually get more land space with older homes or if you are willing to live further away from the city.

Extra time left after seeing all of the rooms means there's a finished basement! That always gets me excited. This home is so beautifully done, combine that with the area and the price is definitely justified. Thanks for sharing Janice!
