I sat down and decorated my dreadlocks for the first time this year probably. I also wanted to show you my collection of beads and hats.

I love all those beanies, but the 4th one is my favorite bc I love the super baggy/slouchy ones! Also, I thought I would suggest, when I had some dreadlocks and the beads were a little too big, I would find a lock that the nead just barely slipped off of and wrapped some yarn just underneath where the bead would sit. That way it was thick in that spot and the bead wouldn't fall off. Love you girly!

the bead you can't recognise is the empress tarot card. it's symbolic of many things but usually it's about nurturing your ideas and creativity.

my favorites were 4 and 5. they both were big, floppy, and looked like they fit well. loved all of the beads, lipstick color, and bed spread.

I can't decide between the 4th or 5th hat! They're both beautiful in opposite ways because the 4th is very simple and comfy looking but the 5th is really bright a fun looking. :)

Back when I had dreads, I would put rubber bands (that were the same color as my hair, so they weren't very noticeable) underneath the beads in my hair to act as "stoppers," so the beads wouldn't fall out!

the black one is a dreadwrap. you don't wear it like a heat but you can useit to make a bun. you put it completely over your head, take all off your dreads through it and then tie the end as tightly as you like it to be ;)

4 and 5 are beautiful. ..you can sew your beads into your hair doll so you can show them off then just cut them out carefully you have sooo many beads it's a shame to not use them xo

what i do when my dreads wont hold the beads is i put a wrap on and lace the yarn through the bead then finish off the wrap. might help if you want to try it
