Decorative Box Made From Scrap Wood 

If anyone watching this has not seen the reindeer video Jason mentions, please do yourself a favor and check it out. The title of this one, Decorative Box Made from Scrap Wood, is absolutely deceiving. If you think the gorgeous checked wood he uses is available at your local lumber yard, think again. It may have been scrap wood at one point in it’s life, but you absolutely must see how it morphed into the beautiful wood it is now. This box is truly lovely. Another winner! Oh, by the way, those hand saws of yours look absolutely brutal. I want to pull my fingers back just watching you use them!

Been looking for an Epic Upcycling video that haven't watched for a while, I had been aware of this one but skirted over it. It's a box right? seen them a million times on YT. How interesting can a box be, even if it is EU making it. Well I couldn't find an unwatched vid and I have seen most more than once, so I clicked on "Decorative Box Made From Scrap Wood" Bloody hell was I wrong. Another level entirely.

I love this! Great art piece for all year round. Plus it’s re-use of the hard work from before. I can see this being perfect storage for fireplace matches, coasters, remotes, etc. makes me want to get a decorative box for such a purpose. 👍
