I loved the features of ecovacs but not buying only bcos of the bad reviews on app. Even the app of MI robot has been working flawlessly for 2 years for me. Why cant ecovacs improve the app.

If it uses that power constantly the battery will be drained in 10 minutes. Dont listen to these commercial

In reality we don’t need that much power for ordinary house dirt. 4000 is more than enough. We must concentrate on mopping features instead.

Hello, I bought this device from China and I think it was a Chinese copy. I am in an Arab country, so the settings do not connect to the server or it asks me for a Chinese phone. Is there a solution to this problem? Please let me know.

How in the world did Ecovacs jump from X2 OMNI ( released recently) to X5 OMNI PRO? Where did X3 OMNI and X4 OMNI versions go? Oh wait I know why!! X2 OMNI was a super flop. The leader in the Vacuum robot right now is Dream X40 ultra. So Ecovacs decided to fix everything that was wrong with X2 OMNI and came up with X5 OMNI skipping X3 OMNI and X4 OMNI lol. So that way they are one number above the Dreambot X40 Ultra. Pathetic marketing strategy.

No way he would have removed the stain as he didn't touch it all the way. How is this false advertisment allowed, Im thinking of refunding my x5 as it runs dry and doesnt refill water
