Damn after all these years and a pandemic now I know what happened with him, he still looks and doing great, tbh in my opinion alexisonfire never be the same after Jesse left, but it is what it is... Great interview, much love from Perú 🇵🇪
I enjoyed the interview. I always wondered what happened to Jesse after he left the band. Glad to see he seems to be doing well these days and doesn’t seem bitter at all about him leaving the band, etc.
I'm a Hamiltonian, I grew up on Watch Out and Crisis, but the debut is where my heart lies. Pulmonary Archery is my all time, across the board, favourite track with shout out to Kennedy Curse and St. Angeles particularly for the drumming. Just passing through here on my search for other projects from Jesse, glad to see this.
Thanks this is great. Jesse is such an interesting drummer. It was a big part of the magic of Alexis. Happiness by the Kilowatt. Speaking of great 'real' two-piece bands: "1994!" (also finished now, sigh).
That was a pretty cool interview. I am also from St. Catharines and I'm going to do a review of the new AOF album for my channel, complete with a brief overview of the history of the band. Do you mind if, when I talk about Alexis' history, I briefly mention this podcast interview and put it in the description of my video? Thanks! - Calvin
