The sample is from El Mecánico a Colombian "Porro" song. Los Blanco. A 70's - 80's band from my country, Venezuela, made a good cover of that song too! They are still around to this day.

This song is Colombian and the music genre is called “Porro.” It’s similar to Cumbia but it’s different. The music genre “Porro” originated in Colombia. Porro essentially is a Variant/ Subgenre of Cumbia which is also originally from Colombia. It’s like Cumbia mixed with Jazz/Charleston/Swing. Porro is without a doubt phenomenal authentic music and if they sample more of these songs they could easily become hits and bangers for sure. The original song is by Edmundo Arias y su Orquesta.
