1st wash: Naturally you lose color so no need to worry. 2nd time: Look I’ll wash it and there’s no difference. .. 3rd time: Oh wow, my hat can change colors now. When I bought it, it was blue now it’s white.

Does the water damage the Visor ? What if it destroys the rigidity of the visor?

Yeah don't wet the visor. I always wrap a hand towel round the visor and hold it by that because once it dries the profile won't be the same again (used to work for New Era for 6 years)

Hey there. If the front you mean the panels, they should be cool. I use a cleaner on the cap to clean and take the smell out, so i never submerge mine in water like in this video. Was just saying to anyone following this video, to at least keep the visor dry. It may be clean but consistent wetting (sometimes just once depending on the cap) and the profile is never the same after (whether you rock the brim flat or bent)@flip849

Ist ja der Hammer, wenn man zum vorführen eine nagelneue, fleckenfreie cap benutzt..🤦‍♀️ Ich hab bei mein Mann im Sommer das problem( er hat nur sehr teure hochwertige caps, er ist kein Sammler), dass nach längerem Tragen ein schweissrand entsteht... Hat jemand einen Trick, wie ich es entfernen ohne dass Material zu beschädigen oder zu bleichen???

you must have some low quality caps then... ive washed my cap like 10+ times by now and its still very much mint looking with no issues at all

I just put my hat in washing machine, doing laundry like everyday. Not a single problem, jusy dry it carefully, so it don't become bent the wrong way, that's all.
