What chemical products do you use for wool that are safe? Also I once was told not to use a crb on wool because it would destroy the carpet fiber? Thanks

Hey JDO, it is advised only a 7PH cleaner is for wool - which is true for new plush wool, however with experience you will learn for the heavily soiled wool carpets it's a must to use a higher ph to get the best results for your customers. It is definitely safe to use a crb on wool provided you have the right brushes

CRB is totally safe on CUT pile wool. Looped pile not so much!
