I know you read your comments and I don’t have socials rn, so I wanted to say; You had a “beginning fitness journey” video you filmed not too long ago and I recently watched it. You said something along the lines of, “let consistency be your first goal. Just get up and go, just prove you can be consistent until it becomes a habit.” It’s so simple, but I tend to over complicate fitness for myself and I usually fall back into my ED when I try to diet. But that advice literally changed my mindset like a switch. I do not know why that’s what I needed to hear to seriously commit to my health, but it was. For your duvet, just lay it over your bed. Get your duvet cover, put it inside out, put your hands/arms all the way inside of it and hold the corners *on the side that isn’t open*, then grab your duvets corners also *while still holding the covers edges* and basically shake it out like if you’re trying to get crumbs off a sheet lol. BASICALLY you’re gonna hold the duvet cover from the inside and grab your blanket while holding the cover then shake it out and the cover will slide right over it lol
