Went to hardwood floors and they are way easier to clean. I'll never go back to carpets.

1:38 if they wet, shampoo, but will extraction take more or just an old 5:21 carpet so might nit be stanley’s fault. Wonder what it looked like before stanley steamed? Raking too 7:03 7:32

The pile is trash. You most likely cleaned polyester.

It's olefin, not polyester or nylon. It's apartment grade and that's what 95% of apartments use. Nylon and poly will both react well to the combination he used, but olefin will not. Also, poly and nylon will show the strokes from the crb but on olefin you can barely see them. He and his partner should learn some fiber identification as it will greatly help and they'll know the proper chemistry to use.

I have one I use for pretreatment. Mines battery powered & was only like $9. It's called a CRAFTSMAN 1-Gallon Handheld Sprayer. Definitely worth it. You can also adjust the sprayer like any other typical spray cleaner, between a mist vs very concentrated.
