I've been thinking this! For as loud as the machinery is, a lot of others don't mix the audio to level the loudness of the machinery to the softness of the voices. Beautifully balanced in both the vlog/info aspect of it and the ASMR aspect. It's not to loud or harsh on the ears, whether using phone or computer speakers or headphones . Thanks Myles for great leveling.

Love the professionalism when it comes to the job and speaking with people. Keeps the camera on the floor so no one is on camera, and knowing when to record and not record to provide enough entertainment for the Clean Team but also to keep the job rolling. I wish more family owned or small businesses would utilize this platform, it is a great way to advertise since so many people actually use RU-vid. I remember in at least one video them saying they found you guys from RU-vid.

Omg! You and your assistants were brave to take on to clean the home with many animals droppings all over and to also see that the owner did not prepare the areas by removing/clearing small furnitures out of the way. Those tiles though!!! My goodness! That water dump for that job was beyond disgusting. Truly felt bad you guys had major issues. Luckily you guys are done and knocked it out of the ball park. Also wanted to point out how I actually enjoy the customers reactions. You guys f do some real magic and it's great to see that people are able to see it in person. All in all.. great video! Those were some pretty dirty jobs...1st and 2nd that is..I would be embarrassed to the moon and back letting someone coming to work in my home see pet droppings. The rugs looked great after though. That usually doesn't happen unless someone is disabled - either physically, or from severe mental illness. They probably aren't able to clean up after their pet. I've personally seen this happen with depression. Hiring a carpet cleaning service may be an early step in them getting the help they clearly need

Quick analysis here, from a long time subscriber. There's no need to get more subscribers. RU-vid recommends videos regardless of the subscriptions. And many many large companies can only dream of having millions of people knowing and watching them. Not saying the road leading to this has been easy. So bottom line, keep doing what you're doing regardless of the sub count, you're doing great!

It's just a hot water extraction wand, the machine out in their vehicle is the one doing all the work. They have all different kinds of wands of different shapes/sizes for different jobs. That was just a larger one to cover more surface area, quicker.

I see a lot of comments ripping on a person for living like this. You have to imagine a situation beyond your own lifestyle. My family and I once checked on an elderly neighbor who was struggling with her health. This was the exact situation we walked into - she had gotten too weak to stay on top of her dialy chores and was afraid of being sent to a home. We made some calls and her family had professional cleaning services sent over - just like this one - and hired a home health aide to help her out. Don't be so judgy. You don't know the whole story - you may still be right - but you don't know the whole story.

Being subscribed helps the channel but what really helps are the likes, commenting and sharing . . Your logic is alllllllllll full of holes. If you can't clean up after/care for your pet you shouldn't have one. Also, they can clearly afford to have their carpet cleaned (which is NOT cheap), they can afford to have someone come clean their place.

What’s the difference between the Zipper and Wand? What determines which you use? I haven’t seen you use the Zipper in a home setting, so I’m just wondering. You should do a video on your tools and how you select each one for a job.

The zipper cleans in both directions (forward & backwards). It's ideal for large, open areas. The wand is lighter & easier to maneuver.

How in the world did they not pick up all that poop?! Especially before you got there! Those spots in the closet... I can't imagine leaving a poopy mess like that behind. Dogs have accidents inside sometimes, it happens, but to not clean it properly or more baffles my mind. Even if it's just pouring water on the spot and placing a towel over to step on and soak it up, better than nothing. I'm glad they reached out for help to get it clean, though!
